While our web page is in its infancy and metamorphosing, we intend providing you with information to help you choose your “other family doctor”. We hope that your visit to our website will be the beginning of a long and valued friendship. We will do all we can to merit your continued interest. We are a member of the Pet Industry Association (the peak body for the pet industry in Australia), complying with the National Code of Practice. For many clients, one veterinary practice is the same as the next. When a pet needs medical care, a quick Internet search or flip through the phone book is the starting point. The internet as you know is cluttered, confusing and a complete information overdose. The purpose of this website is to provide you with a clear sense of PetCareVet, and to offer health care information that will support you in caring for your pets. We let you be the judge as to whether one Veterinary Practice is the same as the next!

A reflection of our mission statement and how we do manage pets entrusted to our care is a realistic indication that we are not your average veterinary care provider. As a Veterinary Surgeon we hold pet’s lives in our hands every day, and we are trusted by our patients and their extended family. We are passionate about the manner in which we care for pets. It is our obligation to care of our patients to the best of our medical knowledge. In our pursuit of delivering an excellent service, we are guided by two principles.

Because the welfare of your pet is of primary concern to us we will see emergencies and undertake surgeries at the earliest possible time (and this means quite late at night also).
